ABOUT LEAH

Leah's mug
Leah followed the most conventional path for an accounting major. While it may be a very popular career path, it was not always Leah’s intention to become an accountant. Initially Leah wanted to go into HR, and then switched to Finance. Eventually after many co-ops, Leah decided to pursue accounting. From the beginning, she swore not to fall into the trap of the accounting major as she wanted to be different; she did not want to follow what seemed to be every SFU business parent’s dream – accounting.

Straight out of university Leah commenced her journey as a CA student at PwC. After one year, Leah has finished 4 modules and 1 year’s of work experience. Looking back, she does not regret her choices and only looks forward to her future.
